Meet one of our longest feline residents, Gidget! ?
Gidget is a staff favorite, and we would love to see this quirky girl find her happily ever after. Gidget likes to be petted a very particular number of times and then she is ready for some personal space. While Gidget does not love being held, she will sit near you when she is craving attention. She is front declawed and FIV+, but she is a free-roamer in our cattery and does not start scuffles with other kitties. Cats Infected With FIV can live long and healthy lives. With proper care, a FIV+ cat can live a long and comfortable life. In fact, it’s not uncommon for cats infected with FIV to live up to 12 years!
